AlphaRam AI Refund & Cancellation Policy

01. General No-Refund Policy

AlphaRam AI provides instantaneous digital access to high-performance AI tutoring, GPU compute clusters, real-time reasoning pipelines, and curriculum diagnostics. Because compute resources and AI token quotas are consumed immediately upon subscription activation, all purchases (including Monthly and Annual subscription plans) are generally final and non-refundable.

02.Exceptional Circumstances & 10% Maximum Refund Cap

If an account owner believes they experienced an extraordinary billing error (e.g. verified accidental duplicate billing) and submits a written dispute within 7 days of the transaction:

• Management Review:Our administrative team will inspect the account's usage telemetry, token consumption, and session activity.
• Maximum 10% Refund Cap: If a refund is approved by management under exceptional circumstances, the customer will receive a maximum of 10% of the total amount paid.
• 90% Non-Refundable Compute & Gateway Fee: The remaining 90% is strictly non-refundable and retained to cover non-recoverable LLM API token utilization, dedicated server provisioning, and payment processing transaction fees.

03. Subscription Cancellation

You have complete autonomy to cancel future recurring subscription charges at any time:

• 1-Click Cancellation:You can cancel directly inside your Account & Billing Settings at any time. There are zero cancellation penalties or fees.
• Full Period Access: When you cancel your subscription, your account remains active on your paid tier until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle. You will not be billed again.
• No Automatic Mid-Cycle Refunds: Cancelling a subscription stops upcoming renewals but does not retroactively refund previous or active billing cycles.

04.Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing an illegitimate or fraudulent chargeback after consuming AI platform compute is a violation of our Terms of Service. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the associated account and student profile will be permanently suspended, and telemetry logs will be submitted to the payment gateway and financial institution to contest the dispute.
